Return & Exchange policy:

In our commitment to sustainability, we've adopted a No Return/Exchange policy. We encourage conscious buying and request you to review the size chart before making a purchase. We assure thorough product quality checks before shipping, reducing the chance of defects.

However, if you require a size exchange, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order and arrange the return courier to our location. Please note that we cannot accept exchange requests after this 2-day period.

Refund Policy:

While we maintain a No Return/Exchange policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may require refunds. Refund requests will be considered in the following cases:

1. Product Defects: If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution accordingly.

2. Non-receipt of Order: If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery time, please contact us immediately for assistance.
