Please note: Handblock-printed and natural-dyed garments may feature uneven prints, slight color variations, and initial color bleeding. These natural variations enhance the uniqueness of each piece and are not eligible for return or exchange as defects.
1. Size Exchange Policy
We offer one free first-size exchange on all products.

Share your order number, product name, current size, and the size you want to exchange to.
Conditions
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Customers must ensure the product is securely packed when returning it.
Additional Exchanges
After your first free size exchange, two-way shipping and packaging charges will apply for any further exchange requests.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Two-way shipping and packaging charges will be deducted for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Damaged items due to misuse
- Products without original tags
- Custom-made or personalised items (if applicable)
Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
Processing Time
Refunds may take 7–10 business days after inspection.
Payment will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
